One of the tools we offer myEnergyLoan™ providers is our E-Learning Suite.  This training program is designed to be a flexible and interactive learning experience where you can review the presented material at a comfortable pace and fit the training into your schedule.  Since the module is web-based and user driven, you decide when and where to view the program.  You also have the freedom to start, stop, and advance the presentation at any time throughout its delivery.

The training includes an introduction to Green Building, Home Energy Efficiency, and the Energy Rating process.  You will learn about the growing demand for Green Products & Services and the consumers that drive this dynamic market.  We will discuss how your business can integrate sustainability into your product offerings through the myEnergyLoan™ program.  You will learn how to generate new relationships through our network and the use of our marketing resources.  We will illustrate how to apply the myEnergyLoan™ Efficiency Credit to these new originations and review the process of closing a myEnergyLoan™.  Finally, we will take you through a tour of some of our favorite mortgage products including the Energy Efficient Mortgage, the FHA 203k, and the FNMA Homestyle Mortgage.  These mortgage products are great tools to serve the needs of borrowers seeking green, energy efficient mortgages.
