OUR COMPANY…

myEnergyLoan™ was formed in 2005 with the focus of providing energy efficient and energy improvement mortgages to green home buyers. We quickly discovered that both the EEM and EIM had nuances that destined them to be underutilized. We believed there had to be a better way to approach green real estate finance. This belief drove the creation of an incentive overlay for all loan products and what is now myEnergyLoan™. This incentive system allowed us to convert any loan into a green loan. We soon found the standard gained widespread acceptance in the market and our network grew.

Our first myEnergyLoan™ was closed in 2005 and since that time our lending network has arranged the funding of millions of dollars in green loan packages. Borrowers who have participated in our program have received thousands of dollars in myEnergyLoan™ efficiency credits over the years. Our program and the efficiency credits that have been offered through our network have been money well spent. These credits have helped homeowners save money, improve the energy efficiency of their homes, and enjoy better health and well being.

myEnergyLoan™ serves the green building community on a National level through our support for local green businesses and lenders who deliver resources and capital to homeowners for green homes. We provide them a foundation for sustainable community growth through our licensed incentive and green loan certification program.
